Cannes: Directors’ Fortnight Announces Selections

Édouard Waintrop, Artistic director of ‘The Directors’ Fortnight’, organized by the French Directors Guild, which runs alongside the Cannes Film Festival announced in Paris today the selections for the 47th fortnight event.

The festival will open with In The Shadow Of Women and the film announced to close the event is Rick Famuyiwa’s Dope, which premiered at the Sundance Film Festival.
