Netflix Unveils The Season 3 Trailer For House Of Cards

This Sunday evening, following three Golden Globe wins at tonight’s awards ceremony for the series Kevin Spacey and Robin Wright, streaming service Netflix have unveiled online the shocking trailer, which debuted during the Golden Globe broadcast after Spacey won the Best Actor in a Drama Series. In the third season instalment of the beloved original series House of Cards, having moved upwards through the ranks, with grim betrayals and dirty politics, the White House is finally here and whilst he has the presidency it appears Frank Underwood’s past sins might finally be catching up with him.

The show was renewed for a third season before second season had even been released, so it’s likely that we will be getting some news about a fourth season soon. It appears that Netflix intend to run Beau Willimon’s House of Cards for as long as its success continues to grow, according to Netflix‘s Ted Sarandos when he commented back in October, 2013 on the intent to continue the show saying “Our intent is that the show keep going for sure, It was a 26-episode commitment. It was not our intent that it just run for two seasons.”

The award winning Netflix Original show will return on February 27, 2015 with thirteen new episodes.
